Alson has over twenty-five years of professional industry experience, including 16 years of Lawson experience as a consultant/project manager with the Procurement, HR/Payroll/ Finance and Distribution Suites.
His competencies include -
- Business needs analysis
- project and resource planning,
- gap analysis and resolution,
- conversion and interface requirement identification and specification,
- leading technical development efforts,
- progress tracking against budgets and schedules and
- developing and implamenting test plans and change management strategies.
With Alson’s experience in mid to large-size projects, he has developed solid communication skills that range from executive to project team to end user. His experience in Lawson’s technical environment has also given him skills in communicating solutions to both technical and non-technical team members and users.
He has worked on the UNIX, Windows and IBM (including iSeries) platforms with applications from 5.0 to 10.0. Interfaces have included command line graphical user interface (gui), portal, and even green screen.

Alson holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree from Bethel College, St Paul MN and has done additional post-graduate work at the University of Minnesota and George Washington University.
