RQ Orphan Check (RQ420) Report Only

This program identifies Headers with no lines and lines with no headers. Requisition Center cleans up and removed RQ Headers if no lines have been added. Still worth checking

RQ Document Integrity Check (RQ421) Report Only

This program verifies that open lines related to open headers. For inventory tracked items, the program verifies that related demand records exist in the warehouse module.

Lawson Data Verification Toolkit (DVT)

This is the first of several entries related to Procurement Data corruptions and correction.

Overview

The Lawson DVT enables status check and data corruption updates on the Requisition (RQ), Order Entry (OE), Work Order (WO), Purchase Order (PO), Inventory Control (IC), and Warehouse (WH) sub-systems.

Future Direction

Blog postings will become idea pieces for ways to enhance your client experience with Lawson/Infor.

Topics will include such things are Basic EDI, Advanced EDI, eProcurement, Invoice Matching, and the Data Verification Tool Kit.

The text will include practical examples to resolve lingering issues and improve the end user's experience.

Postings will likely be on a weekly basis.

Progress on website

With entry of all 42 clients and 11 contracting firms, the website is about ready for public view. A real trip down memory lane, reviewing the people, tasks, locations is quite an exercise. Hope you will enjoy and perhaps profit from, or offer job opportunities.

The document section remains to be completed, but the what is loaded is a smaple of design, test and training documents prepared for various clients over the 16 years of Lawson/Infor experience.
